Empowering Language Learners with Salish Culture

Speelya Speak was created by Danny Brigman, an offshoot of Homelands App LLC and from a passion to preserve and revitalize Salish language dialects in a modern, expressive way. Often, it can be intimidating to learn your language and not always user friendly. Speelya Speak aims to remove some of those barriers, meet people where they are today and help them start learning Salish. We combine cultural respect with innovative gamified learning to inspire learners of all backgrounds to dive into this rich heritage and make language learning joyful and meaningful.
